UQ 21 Day Wellness Challenge

Do you feel like you could use some tools to 'fill up your cup’? This challenge may be just what you need! It focuses on the participants' wellbeing, where they can participate in individually or in a Wellness team.
The challenge's program contains 21 activities, which are designed to promote positive wellbeing. It's up to you to complete these activities in any order you like, depending on what works best for you. The aim is to finish ALL 21 activities before the 23th of June!
